2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
    • Incorrect sizes (please refer to our size charts before ordering).
    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective
